Do you have a hard time getting in and out of the car? When you're in the seat, how's it feel? You crammed in there or is it comfy?

I have a hard time getting out of any forms of transportation (i.e. cars, trucks, planes, trains, etc) as you can imagine But yes I took the AMG driving academy a few years back and drove the GT with a helmet. You can imagine how rough that was. After that experience I worried about buying my GT. The most challenging part is my hips. The back portion is ok. And I have to make sure I park where I can open the door fully (very long doors). My LC500 was also a challenge but their seats are a bit less GTish (ya not a word I know). I have the Roadster so even with top up I have plenty of headroom. Being its basically a race car I knew I wouldn't be buying it for comfort. So far (about 5 months) its been worth it. Very fun, fast, beautiful car. I thought about the SL 63 but didn't really want to buy brand new. And not sure its that much more comfortable. I probably better suited for a G wagon.

I’m 6’4 and fit although tight

See my review on AMG GTC

if you know how to get into small cars in one motion then it’s not bad if not might be annoying.

i think if you love the car it is worth it at 6’4 just upper viability will be difficult at stop lights.

6’4 Too Tall? Mercedes AMG GT C Car Review- Question: Do you fit ?? Big Gulp Exotics

I have had my GTC for about 8 months now. Use it as a "daily driver". Although I don't drive it daily I work from home so go out maybe 4 times a week. So far been fine for my size (as can be expected for a race car lol). When the top is down makes it easier for sure. I pretty much leave it down for 8 months of the year and cover top with a car cover while in my garage. All around this has been my favorite ride. Its unique and get a ton of compliments. Been looking at the new GT for the back seats (if you want to call them seats..lol) and the trunk size. Although I would have to compromise with a coupe over a vert. I still love the vert here in Arizona. I live alone so don't need much trunk space anyway. But can be annoying when heading on a roadie and cant fit a mid or full size luggage in my trunk. Definitely no roadie's with women and all their bags lol. I don't notice many issues with viewing the road due to my size.

@c400ry Your experience is similar to mine including appreciating the ease of entry with the top down.

I have a question. Why do you cover the convertible top when the car is in the garage?

Keep dust and potential bugs out of it. I could put it up and down each time but don't want to wear out the mechanism. I bought it CPO with 10k on it. The dealership showed me the service history and the top mechanism was completely replaced once already. Watching how it opens and closes I could see where it might be one of the first things that go **** up. So I try to be conservative
