AMG GT3 race car weight savings

The GT is really well built. But for the road (laws/regulations) and for people who want luxury from a car.
They spend a lot of money and have expectations and desires.
The GT3/4 is uncompromisingly built for racing and for racing drivers. These are not human, more like machines. :-) :-)
And they get money for driving. It's a hard job.
GT 3/4 Only what is absolutely necessary is installed and is as light as possible. Costs are secondary. And “racing carbon” is really light.
“Road carbon” is mainly about looks. Sometimes it is even appropriate. Cardan, roof skin, hood, tailgate are exceptions here. Save a few lbs on the GT.
The largest single contribution to the weight savings will probably be the completely changed “interior”. Minimalist and ultralight.
If you strip a GTR/BS down to the bare minimum, you'll definitely lose a lot of pounds.
For example, the electrical system, insulation, damping, cladding and all the luxury accessories have a lot of potential.
Think 300+ lbs less is definitely possible.

Powered Seats, complete with consoles, weigh around 60 lbs each. (it's not that heavy for all the technology)
Recaro bucket seats in Fiber with consoles around 27 lbs each. (stock on EU GTR with 2-3 lbs more weigth due the AMG leather cover)
Recaro bucket seats in carbon with consoles around 22 lbs each. (stock on EU GTR Pro / BS with 2-3 lbs more weigth due to the AMG leather cover)
Kind regards
