Antifreeze Coolant type
Will any of those be ok?
Normally you don't have to refill anything. The question is more like why is some water missing?
In your picture there are deposits around the lid and at the top connection. Take a look here. Maybe a pressure test?
The filler cap (Its a cheap part) has 2 valves and is often the culprit.

The cap is often the culprit. And because it has a 2-way function (over and under pressure) it's not that easy to test.
If you “lose” water, it will probably happen slowly. You can't test this quickly.
Suggestion:
Fill the container up to the maximum mark (warm engine, be careful when opening). About 1.5 liters missing? If you don't have G40 available, just use pure water. Your antifreeze/preservation will then still be more than sufficient.
Then just swap both caps. The cap of the NTK reservoir and the cap of the coolant reservoir are the same. Then watch what happens. It's quick and doesn't cost anything.
When I said "lid is a cheap part" I didn't mean poor quality. (The cover has been around since the 1990s and is installed on almost all MBs) I thought it didn't cost much.
Part number cap is: MB A210 501 06 15
At MB about $20. Equivalent quality aftermarket from about $6
