Full Service Could Not Be Carried Out
I just did a full service on my 2018 AMG GTR. I followed the procedure to reset the service, I thought I did the reset but apparently the parameter was set to NEGATIVE 6400 miles, so now the service warning states that the service was due 6400 miles ago. I tried to reset the service AGAIN, but it told me that Full Service Could Not Be Carried Out. What can I do to do a proper reset?

I had the same thing happen to my gtc at some point. What I ended up doing was waiting a few weeks and then doing the reset. For me it appeared to be related to the DATE of the previous maintenance.

I also had a similar thing happen on our GTR. IIRC, I turned everything off, moved the key to its distant Faraday box and waited well past the systems' quiescent time then tried again, with success. Seems to be a software bug.
