There are some stunning looking Aston Martins. This isn't one of them. The front and rear ends don't match and the rear is too wide.

2024 and they still have panel gap issues. Are the panels also crafted by hand in some village somewhere?

Scott, as you know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder! lol

Tbh, I find it fantastic and so much better looking than the current GT cars, which besides looking fairly bland are staggeringly overpriced imho.

I’m assuming you’re referring to the pictures of the front bumper/fender area? If so, it’s almost as if the bumper clip, (plastic?) hasn’t been properly lined up. Yes the car is from the Press pool, but Aston shouldn’t have released that car for review looking like that.

I think all Aston’s except for the DBX are made in a newish factory in Gaydon, but not sure if the aluminium panels are beaten by hand any longer

Big improvements I would say. Have to do a hard brain reset on that Kermit interior…Man. And they fixed those slits they called headlights.

I would take a hard look at one of these in a couple years of hard depreciation over current GT.

I've said it before but looks aside ,Aston built what the new GT should have been. I drove a GT55 a couple weeks ago and walked away feeling I had just got out of an E63. It was roomy and comfortable (in comparison to the previous gen), very compliant, not nearly as quick (to be expected as it was a 55), and the fake noise was a little off-putting. Was it good, sure, but it wasn't special, which is what my car still feel like.
