I’m curious for a ‘19 GTC service, shouldn’t the pan and transmission filter be replaced? I just had my car serviced at a dealer and it looks like they just drained the fluid and replaced. Very confused.

looks fine to me. I had the transaxle service done earlier this year and it looks similar to yours

thanks for confirming! I just had it explained to me that this trans is filterless and a tandem sump style with fluid moving between the diff and transmission.

There are no filters in the GTC transaxle.
The recommended every 30,000-mile service consists of replacing both fluids: approximately 7.8 liters of hydraulic ATF for the transmission section and 3.8 liters of GL-5 gear oil for the differential.
These two fluids operate in completely separate chambers within the transaxle, and there is no fluid exchange or mixing between the transmission and differential compartments.
