Paint Overspray on Black C240

Paint Overspray on Black C240
The company next door to the office where I work is an industrial painting company. It seems that they were painting with the overhead door open and paint mist got into the air and landed on several cars in our parking lot, my black C240 included. 
The hood has white pin head specks on it. What's the best way to get remove this overspray? I'd probably want to take it to a professional detailer. Will it need to be clayed or will a cleaner wax remove it. I live in central NJ. Anyone know of a good detailer in that area 
?

a) Fine- clay that pulls or shears off the imbedded paint contamination and encapsulates it.
b) Medium- clay is used to remove paint over-spray; it contains an abrasive that abrades the paint particles while the clay encapsulates it
