Is it a must to use ZFX with the Z5, or the Z2 pro? i havent heard much about the zfx

ZFX is an additive that helps the Z5 and Z2 to cure properly and quickly. It comes in a really small bottle from which you put a couple of drops into the Z2 or Z5 and mix. Basically it keeps you from waiting 30 mins for the product to cure inbetween coats.

Per zaino's instructions, you have to use it with z2 pro or z3, zfx is required for the wax to bond properly. But keep in mind that without zfx the curing time in California weather is about 30mins to 1 hour so if you live in cold climate your curing time could be hours without zfx.

I use it just because it really speeds up waxing time by so much.

yes you have to use it or the alteranative curing agent (Z1 i think?) but ZFX is really worth it and you can use it really sparingly (2 drops per fl. oz).

Yes, you must use ZFX or Z1 if...
1.) It is the first time you are Zainoing.
2.) You want to apply multiple coats in one day.
3.) Or every 6 months to a year.

I usually always use ZFX unless I am just doing a small section, it seems to boost the shine and durability.
