Looking for a good rim cleaning product
Anyone out there knows of a good product that cleans mercedes original AMG rims real good? The rims has area of tar and other gritty dirty contaminates I would like remove.

how bad is the wheel? if its not that bad just get your normal wheel cleaner from a local autozone,pep boys. most of the time, those aren't strong enough to hurt your car anyways. here is a link to where somebody took their time to kepe their wheels clean....

I agree with TOGWT. Claybar. Then use P21S or Eagle A2Z. Imho they are about the best wheel cleaners out there. Be sure to toss the clay bar after use. Don't get it mixed up and use on the cars body! I personally use Zaino on the wheels. The problem is if you use wheel cleaners it is going to strip the sealant you use fairly quickly. After you clay the wheels one good time, clean them frequently. A lot less labor intensive in the long run.

P21S Wheel Cleaner (Gel or Regular)
Klasse AIO sealant
yes, the wash you just use your normal car wash soap ( preferably not dish soap ) and clay can be found at any autozone/pep boys/ kragen. i like to use Mothers clay kit. cost about 15 dollars. im not sure about the p21S/a2z though. just boy something similar from meguiars. they have great products. make sure you get the right cleaner for your rims. don't use a mag cleaner on chrome rims. and the sealant may be found at the store. otherwise,. you can buy all these products online from their websites. just use google to search for their sites
