I just spray w/ QEW (Quick and Easy Wash) and wipe w/ a clean terry towel, then throw the towels in the wash.

I regularly wax the wheels; also clean and wax on the inside every 5000 miles when I rotate tires; it makes removing brake dust much easier. I dust the wheels every day.
