Mugieurs Gold Class liquid wax sucks
That stuff isn't even shiny, it even left some swirly marks when i applied that stuff on using their yellow sponge applicator. Am i using it wrong?
I put a layer of Paintguard before proceeding to use Meguiers Gold Class wax. Am i suppose to use Meguiers on just the bare paint?

Gold Class Liquid wax isn't the best stuff in the world, but it isn't the worst either. It should have left a pretty good looking surface.
How did you apply the wax? You should use linear motions, preferably front to back of the car and avoid circular motions. What is paintguard?

ohhh
I applied it by using a circular buffing motion instead of doing it back and forth.
I have Perma-Plate on my car and it came with a bottle of "Perma-plate brand" paintguard which is a wax that needs to be applied to the car every 4-5 months to keep the Perma-plate looking its best.

I would spray your car down with rubbing alcohol mixed 50/50 with water and strip that lousy perma plate off. Get a quality paint sealant like klasse, Zaino, or Platinum. Or just use a traditional carnuaba wax, my favorite is P21S.
