hey good question.
Something that doesn't crack it either. (especially around the passenger airbag). I just wiped it with a damp cloth.

try 303 aerospace protectant, leaves a very low gloss sheen. Vinylex and meguiars #40 are also great products.

i recommend..
Meguirer's Leather and Wheel Protectant works wonders on the dash and seats. Adds a nice scent inside your car too..check it out

Soap and water. Until someone convinces me otherwise, I won't believe chemicals can "preserve" or "moisturize" plastic. It's PLASTIC not friggin' human skin!

Dashes cracked in older cars even if they were bathed in Amour-All type products. Hopefully, the plastics they use in cars today will last longer.
