Removing white paint
I recently drove over some wet white paint that was spilled from a paint can. I did not have the space to maneuver around it, and now have white spots all over the side of my car.
Can someone please tell me how to remove these spots?
Thanks.

I never tried these as I would go at it first with 3M adhesive remover but it might be worth a shot.

The best thing is clay, not the clay you see at auto supply stores, that's good for most stuff but to remove paint splatter you'll need something a little heavier duty. Go to an auto body supply place and ask for clay specific for paint overspray. Also, some paints come off easy with Goof Off but it's hard on your finish so make sure you test it in a non-visible part of your car to make sure it won't harm the finish.

If this is traffic lane paint then call the city and ask them what type of paint they use and either ask them how to best remove it from your car....they may even have to pay for the removal....OR you can then go to the body shop supply place and tell them what type of paint it is and what they recommend in removing it.
Most citys are now using a water based paint.
