Holy smokes James! You and your mega posts. lol

Judging by the way your paint looks and feels, I think Clay might only make small difference on the shine department of your 744, but slickness at the end (and in the long run) would be where the big difference is. Your paint is in pretty good condition, so I don't expect claying process on your car to take more than 20 minutes (I can do your car under 15 Minutes ), so it shouldn't take as long as you think. If you have clay handy, might as well invest this extra 20 minutes!

yea, it wont take long at all, it wont seem like the clay is doing much at first(while your claying) but the end result isworth it

James, if you wash your car before getting to TWS then I think we can clay your car right there. I'll bring my california duster and some quick detailing spray. Car needs to be washed first though!

Or if you are coming down to Irvine Specturm for that Kleemann meet then we can do it there too on Sunday. Hmm but I dunno, you are AMG so you can't go. hahaha J/K J/K.

Well i finally did it!! I actually didn't do my car wash till late afternoon yesterday (just goes to show you how lazy i am in waking up early!) had to wait for the sun to set. Anyways the was and detailing took me almost 5 hours including cleaning the wheels. I'll try to post pics later when i get a chance. I'll let W420 take some pics and then post it. The outcome of the Zaino stuff is absolutely amazing! When you touch the coat feels like a baby's butt! Anyways i ended up just doing to coats since i was so tired but well worth it!
