removing tar on paint

removing tar on paint
Hello, what do you guys suggest to do to remove tar, tree sap or something hard but dull looking on top of the paint. I tried cleaner wax, hd cleanse, Klasse AIO, and Meguiars #9. I still can remove it. Please advise.

Clay Bar might help if the marks are faint.. You can also use the Stoner Tarminator if it's really bad. This product dissolves tar and saves you from scrubbing the paint. After I use this product I often wash the paint and use a clay bar to remove any residue.

A product like the Stoners or isopropyl alcohol should probably be tried first. I learned the hard way by putting some light swirls on a hood using clay to remove tree sap. I’d do the chemical first then if necessary finish with clay.

I tried isopropy alcohol and it did remove some, but not all. Im gonna try again tomorrow. One more thing, when i used S100 aka P21s over Meguiars #9, it leaves a white haze visible when the engine gets hot, but its was crystal clear when I wiped it off? Any reasons for this?
