S600 full detail with new products Menzerna and McCalls
Just got done detailing with new polishes from Germany (Menzerna) and then finish coat with McCalls. I've tried everything.....Zanio, Klasse, etc.....this combo is by far the best results I've ever achieved. Used Porter Cable random with foam pad.
McCall finally released private formulations for sale. This is the guy who preps cars for show at places like Pebble Beach Concours (does Ralph Lauren's entries and others).....he also is official detailer for Christies Auction House.

Take a look at Properautocare.com they are the only ones importing Menzerna polishes.
Go to Herrington.com they are only marketers of McCalls.

What model year do you have? I recently got the Menzerna polish and am wondering how it will handle swirl marks. Also curious as to which products may act well as a wax/sealant -- was thinking about putting Pinnacle carnuba on.

Menzerna does fantastic on swirl marks. Do a two step with the more aggressive first and then the finish polish. After, you can put any sealant such as Zanio or Pinnacle.
Remember...the shine of a car doesn't come from the sealant coat it's the "polished shine" that you want to protect.
My S600 is a 2001 that I've had since August 2000. Getting the new S63 AMG in September!!! 630HP and sub 4 second 0 to 60!!!!

I've heard a bit about the Menzerna polishes on autopia. DavidB is quite impressed with them. He says they are much better than 3M.

David...
3M does make a great product line. The Menzerna.....don't know how.......get the swirls out a lot quicker and final polish makes a gleam like 3M can't. You should try it...is my recc.
