Waxing wood trim a good way to maintain it?
I've heard this a few times but wanted to make sure. For glossy "laminated" wood finishes, would using a non cleaner wax be a good way to use very periodically as a way to maintain?

For coated wood you can use a wax on them. I generally use a sealant though because they are so much more durable. Another option would be to use the 303 Aerospace Protectant.

Thanks Greg. I think I'm gonna have to get that 303 Aerospace as it seems like a true all-in-one, in that it can be used everywhere, and doesn't contain any harsh cleaning chemicals, which is exactly what I'm looking for.... Just a preservative.

I'd go along with the sealant for durability and adding a UV protection (Zaino Z8 Grand Finale Spray Seal, a polymer sealant that contains anti-UV agents to protect your vehicle's finish against damaging UVR) or or Zaino Z-CS Clear Seal, a wipe on, and walk away polymer sealant, no buffing or final wipe down, contains UVR protection
