What will remove overspray from chrome?

What will remove overspray from chrome?
I have a considerable amount of paint overspray on OEM exhaust tips. I used "never dull" on them for hours and got a good amount off but, the thicker sections don't seem to budge. Is there anything that is strong enough to remove paint but, not damage the chrome?
