tiny scratches, almost like swirl marks - how to remove?

tiny scratches, almost like swirl marks - how to remove?
anyone know how to remove these tiny scratches? they disappear after waxing but after a while, after car washes, they come back. they can only be seen in the sunlight when looking at the surface at an angle. at night they seem not to be there. any ideas? should I bring it to a professional? what do I ask for? thanks!

Swirl marks ... are tiny scratches in the clearcoat that become visible especially in sunlight due to light rays hitting the edges and not being reflected uniformly.
Without a light source they appear not to be there, yes.
You can either research detailing, buy the supplies, and DIY, which will initially cost you about $350+
Or you can take it to a professional detailer. That can range anywhere from $200 - $1000, depending on the work performed.
