The stuff gets all over the place but I've never had a problem wiping it off. Have you tried bug and tar remover and or clay bar?

BTW, wait an hour after applying tire dressing and then wipe the tires dry. It helps prevent the stuff from spraying all over your paint.

Try using the Zaino tire shine. Supposedly it does not sling off after applied.

I have been using Meguires Tire Shine Gel for a couple of years. I apply it gingerly with a damp sponge. This method usually yields the best results for no to low sling off.

Most products will actually stain plastics. So be careful !

meguiars works best for me. to avoid that problem i apply generously and let it set overnight. then in the morning i lightly wipe off the excess. works for me!
