tiny rust spots...

Hi. They are the size of the tip of a pen. Orange spots, on the lower part of the door. I tried regular stuff like SIMPLE GREEN, but it did not help.

Any suggestions on how to remove them? Thanks.

The second link "REMOVING RUST SPOTS" leads to a "page not found".

I haven't. Do you recommend one over the other?
