Paint Protection Film
Fellow members,

Does anybody know how paint protection film (installed by a third party and not the dealer) affects the car's warranty?

I was looking at getting the film protection installed and MB dealer is quoting me C$499, while a reputable third party dealer is offering it at C$230. Same brand (3M) and same coverage (hood/fenders). I'm a little scared that going with a third party vendor will void my car's warranty.

Any thoughts/advice?
