we should make a list of detailers of NOT to go to:
my list:
Sylvania, OH
BP Detailers on Monroe (next to little caeser and some flower shop)
why? horrible job. they won awards, but for what? crappiness? i have scratches all over my trunk and small ones around my car.

Wow I feel your pain. I am a Lexus owner and went to school at UT. I would definetly say to stay clear of Lexus of Toledo as they did a number on my Onyx black car. I asked them not to wash it, they did anyway. Luckily my home dealer took care of me with a free detail.

man, i swear to god i'm going to kill these so called detailers. don't go to the benz dealer either (Vin Devers). they scratched my car as well.
