How to safely remove/undo touch up paint
I have an obsidian black '14 E-350. I bought touch up paint with brush + clear coat from the dealer and applied it to a hair line scratch and couple of chips on doors and the results did not come out good at all. The touch up paint is uneven and lumped, and it is looking worse than how it was before. How can i undo this? On the internet people are saying to use finger nail or toothpick, or paint thinner to remove it - but I wanted to find out what is the safest and easiest method to remove the touch up paint. I'd be happy to be back to how it was before I applied the touch up. I called a mobile detailer to clay/polish/sealant the car but that didn't help at all. He was trying to upsell to fix this and I'm sure it would cost a lot if I get it done through them. Please advise on what's the safest and easiest method to fix it.
Thanks
