Question Need help with paint/clear coat peeling

Hi guys... i need help fixing my car's paint which the clear coat is coming off in a few spots.
I would really appreciate any instructions on how to fix this. Do i need to re-paint these spots (Primer + paint + clear coat)?

The proper job is a respray by a qualified body shop. I don't see that any DIY, localized, repairs will be satisfactory over the long term. Depends on how you define satisfactory.

What is your goal?

Thanks for your reply.
I just want to fix it up a little bit and prevent it from spreading to other areas. I am not looking for any long term solution.

Remove the back of the mirror, and only sand of the clear coat primer will not be needed if you dont go through the colour when sanding down .Then purchase a good tin of clear coat .Do some trials first to get to the rattle cans . I did al 4 wheels on my car this way .Still as good as the day i did them
