Need to paint panel on black 2018 GLE. I’m nervous the paint won’t match the rest of the car. Has anyone has success with this? Do you recommend I take it to a paint shop or to dealer for the best job?

Any words of wisdom on how to protect my paint going forward? I live in NYC. Thank you.

Also you can have Detailing Dynamics look at your car and ask them if they could guide you to a body shop. DD are a high end detailing shop and they definitely know who paints the best.

I had a black 1967 Rebel 550 that was my last show car several year back.It was painted Mercedes black. I started to use Black Pearl #4 polish. I have found that it really micro cleans the clear coat leaving a nicer reflection. Then after a deep polish just use your favorite sealer or wax.
