Front License Plate Removed : Now have scuffs!
I stupidly forgot to tell the dealer to omit the license plate/bracket and now I have two screw holes in my bumper
...that I can deal with but the worse part is that they used screws that were too long to mount the plate to the holder..thus penetrating through to my bumper leaving scuff marks! Are there any suggestions as to fill up these scuffs with a clay or compound and then touch up paint? Please help!

~One mans opinion / observations~
If they are surface scuffmarks an abrasive machine polish should remove them (or use Megs ScratchX by hand)
For deeper scratch marks an abrasive machine polish (Iz Paint Polish) and an orbital buffer should take care of them
If they are very deep you could try Bondo Filler, apply, sand it level and re-paint
~Hope this helps~
