Removing scratches from black 2020 S560 paint (car keys, not sure)

I parked next to a Rolls Royce and I guess he was jealous because later I found some light scratches on my car.

2020 S560 with Black paint. Exact name of paint not sure.

I used to work on my C class 20 years ago but it’s been a while. I’m trying to decide whether I can fix it myself or get a detailer.

Here’s pics of the scratches and what I have on hand to fix it. These products are not 20 years old but they are old. I think I bought them for my Buick. Obviously I would get new product if needed.

If you can feel them and they are scratches into your paint then you need body shop to repair as paint is required either touchup done very carefully or the complete panel.

Now if they are material left over from some object that rubbed your paint you have a chance.
Kinda looks like a plastic brushed your paint something Yellow?
WAsh car
Dry
Start with the mildest is product you have (paint Cleaner) if you see some coming off - keep using it until gone.

Compounds will put very small abrasive marks in the paint/clearcoat and then when done you would need to follow up with a polish and buffer

Black paint can be pretty unforgiving, especially on a car like your S560 where even the slightest imperfections stand out. For minor scratches, I’d suggest starting with a less abrasive polish and working up if needed, to avoid unnecessary paint removal. If you’re set on trying it yourself, a DA polisher with a light cutting pad can be a good start. Try a light polish to restore clarity, then follow up with a finishing polish and sealant to protect the area. If you feel unsure, heading to a professional detailer might be your best bet.

I have a recommended “detailer” coming next week but it seems anyone can call themselves a detailer these days. Have you ever used Scratch X?

a pro detailer will use pro products.

Might even fill it in with touch up paint and then wet sand panel and then cut and buff paint with rotary machine.

The trick is finding those pro retailers. Reviews of everyone are good and bad. I think it’s because I’m in a small metro area. I did find one for detailing and will talk to him about the scratches.
