Well, it says on the website that it can be used to clean diesel engines, and can remove grease. I think I would be worried that it would also remove any wax or polish on my car (sort of like a dawn wash will).

Actually I would never think of using this as a car wash, more so to spot clean (engine, interior, exterior) – grease, bugs, carpet stains, you know hard to remove "crap".
