1997 e300d fault code 1476, 1475

200k on the car. came in wth a hard codes for 1476, and 1475 (resonance intake manifold switchover valve [y22/6]/resonance intake manifold flap *voltage*).

went to dealer and replaced the unit. codes will now clear but at startup the codes reapear...

any ideas? Deleware has state inspection so i need to have the computer code free.
