87 300D W124 Problems with Turbo

Hello all,

I don't have any turbo boost. The vacuum lines are missing or goofed up.

Where do I get a map for the turbo parts and vacuum lines and/or is there a way to bypass the Mercedes turbo safety boost parts?

Thanks,

You can bypass the valve on the false firewall by taking the pressure line that exits the manifold on the drivers side and connecting it to the ALDA, located on the rear top of the IP. Be sure the line and all fittings are clear of soot, crud etc. Lack of signal from this line will cut boost dramatically. But do this only to check the condition of the valve. If left bypassed you will have no overboost protection.
