Mercedes Benz Actros 1861 LS Megaspace Black Edition
Hello,
here is something about one of the roughest and toughest European truck on the market. The Actros Black Edition is a special version of the normal Actros V8. (witch is also available as a V6) The 15,9 V8 diesel produces a 612 bhp and 2700 newtonmeter torque. ( I don't know how much that is in foot-pounds) The Black Edition has also a different exterior design as a normal Actros like a AMG style front bumper, chrome mesh grill, chrome rear-view mirrors, different sidefenders, and a full leather interior. That's the OM501 twin turbo built by MB Truck Racing, with an estimated 1250 hp. The fuel economy is that not good during racing, though, about 2 MPG.
