E300D brake lines

I have purchased a 95 E300D and can't move it from the current owner because it is leaking brake fluid. I can see roughly where the fluid is leaking from, but the actual leak is cover up by a panel. I'm new to Mercedes so please be patient...Is it a big job to remove the panel and does it need to be raised on a hoist..? Thanks, Haywood

Thanks. It's the panel under the driver. There is brake fluid leaking from this area.

Your car is a W124 and this problem has nothing to do with the fact it's a diesel. More information in W124 forum, that is.
