MAF Information
I have a 2008 R320 CDI. Does it have 1 or 2 MAF units? Where are the MAF(s) located. Can they (or it) be cleaned with regular MAF cleaner?

assuming you have the 642.950 engine then you have a R and L MAF located after the air filters.
Cleaning is very contencious some do. I dont and let the ar filtration do the cleaning job. Good luck

2006 E320CDI
I have cleaned the one on my 06 E320 CDI and have had no problems. One thing that you should make sure you do is disconnect the power to the MAF before cleaning and make sure it is completely dry before starting the engine after cleaning.
