PLEASE PLEASE help.my 2002 e220 cdi triptronic with 200,000 miles stops while driveing every 2nd day somedays might get 5 miles others 20 miles,i have recodition all four injectors,still the same. getting to be most annoying and dangerous,and fed up of going workshops and telling me different things each time. many thanks for looking......socuinn

very rarely it shows ELECTRICAL CONSUMORES SWICTHED OFF dont know what that means,thanks for replyiing.

If you are sure that the problem is not within the fuel delivery system(someone checked all the sensors). Then your other alternative to check and test, the K40 board located in the cars control module box(passenger side for LHD, the opposite for RHD. Make sure all the fuses are good.

Wondered about fuel tank filter, fuel tank pump ( if it has one ) or engine fuel filter ?.
