MB Engine Mounts Lifespan ?

I have heard lately of a 2009 W 204 220CDI with 120,000 km having failed engine mounts.

Has anyone else experienced an engine mount failure?

What is the life expectancy ?

Thank you.

Mine lasted until about 45K...well, one failed so I replaced both. They don't build them like they used to. Add that to the multitude of reasons this will be my last mercedes.

At 45k the cost was covered by warranty. Correct?

My right motor mount went out at 45k. Currently at 92k and recently had the car at the dealer and everything checked out ok.
