Clurch power bleed didn't work

So let me start from the beginning. My slave cylinder went out. I replaced it, Bled the clutch and it didn't pressurize. I stripped out my bleeder screw and got a new one. I read that you need to power bleed clutches. So I rigged up a power bleeder out of out of a weed sprayer and some plastic hosing. on my first attempt brake fluid started leeking turns out the bleeder screw was a slightly odd sise so I took it out and wrapped the threads in teflon tape powerbled through the slave cylinder. The clutch is really pressurized really well, but the gears grind when I push it in. Throwout bearing possably?

You possibly have not yet bled all the air out.

Did you do a lot of clutch actions ie up down, up down before bleeding again ?.

Plenty of clutch fluid in the reservoir ?.

Have you checked the clutch adjustment?. Just a little free play.
