Looking for lost 0-60 seconds.

On test drive when I was picking up my 2008 Bluetec, the 0-60 acceleration test come over 10 seconds.
The price was good, the car is pristine, so I assumed that with tune up I will get back to 6.7 sec the car is rated.
So after bringing it home, I found air filters PACKED with dirt (picture in W211 under "what have you done today")
So new air filters gave me about 1.5 sec back.
We run all SD tests lately and the engine performs very well, injectors seem to be replaced somewhere in the past, good compression, clean particulate filter.
Still car take 9.5 seconds.
Last thing I did not replace yet is fuel filter, but while driving I read the rail pressure at 150k kpa and per my reading this is good pressure. Is it?
Somehow my torque app is not reading boost pressure, so I will have to play with scanners more, but I replaced cracked intercooler hose and broken oring, so with no codes I assume it is performing well.
My question is what are the parameters I should look for?
Who knows correct fuel pressure, boost psi and whatever else. ???
The engine feels very strong and low-end power is incredible, but when I punch it for a test, I feel it struggling for a second before it takes off.
For some reason I don't feel the turbo lag in normal driving, when I push the pedal gradually.

The 4matic accelerates slower than the RWD versions, and the wagon is heavier than the sedans, so this could impact those numbers a little.

Harder tires slip a little more, so the ESP will compensate a little, even if the light doesn't flash.

Other than that - tranny and TC oil, and front/rear diff oil.

Fuel quality also, specs are based on 55 cetane, whereas your fuel in SF may only be 42.

After the air filter replace, there is also a period of re-adaptation.

Maybe run take intake cleaner through it to free up air flow.

Liqui-Moly diesel intake cleaner

Got my torque app finally working and have more data I observed.
The app will allow me to have 2 air reading. One says intake, the other boost.
I managed to peak one at 36 psi and the other at 8.
Both seem unrealistic for turbo boost, but it is what it is.
Next long trip I put my wife behind the wheel and I play with apps.
