ISO ML350 Bluetech tuning tips
Hi we just picked up an '012 ML350 Bluetech. I used to drive tuned VW TDIs which were a blast, but have never tuned a Benz so looking for tips.
Have gotten what seems like pretty good info from a couple ECU tuning outfits. Am interested in hearing what those of you with tuned 2012-present ML350s have done with yours.
In addition to ECU tuning I'd be interested if anyone is running larger injector nozzles. On the TDIs I ran tuned ECUs and 2x oversized injectors and these two mods close to doubled the output with no reliability issues.
As they don't smog test diesels in IL, I'd be interested also if anyone's running exhaust mods. For off-road use only, of course....
All tips and suggestions for tuning & bolt-in/bolt-on mods appreciated. Not looking to set the record for power gains or money spent, but for bang for the buck, thanks.
