CPA Chiptuning from Germany - Very Poor

FYI...

I've using CPA for my ML250 and it does feel a little quicker but sometimes the transmission will go into a mode that it doesnt change gear. You will have to turn the car off with keys out for about 1 minute and it would be ok. Also when fillin up you have to remove key from ignition or sometime it has errors.
My friends landrover discovery D3 also has this problem...
There service is crap as soon as you purchased..
I will not buy again.

(If you install your self - Pls Note)
Make sure the provider provides diagram on where to plug the connectors before purchasing because CPA couldn't provide for me twice as they were just guessing, i guess there are too many different models, I had to get help from a UK company before it was installed. Their service is poor they just send you a photo which is probably not your car and say this is how its installed.
I have unplugged it now and the transmission is behaving much much better..
