Time to go
Well I finally decided to get rid of my 08 BlueTEC. After spending almost more than the car was worth the transmission went out last week and the verdict was a new transmission and a bill that was $1,000 more than the car was worth. The dealer took it in trade (gave me a decent amount) for a 2012 E350 Sport Edition with 76,000 miles.
Thanks to everyone that tried to save my sanity over the last year and tried to help me out. I really appreciate but it was just time to say goodbye.

Sad to hear your bad luck to decent car, but that happens.
But congratulations on new drive and watch out for those 18" wheels.
W212 section is full of topics about wheel damages.
BTW I was trying to trade-in my 2008 Bluetec, but at 180k small dealer offered me 2 grands for it.
