OM642 keeps throwing codes.
I find that if I clear the codes and then drive it for 10 to 15 km the code for P0341 will reappear. Other codes that have occurred as well are:
1) P0698 - Sensor Reference Voltage 3 Circuit Low
2) P0402 - EGR Excessive Flow Detected
3) P2237 - O2 Sensor 1/1 Pump Cell Current Circuit/Open
i) Are these codes all ignition related? Or are they not related to each other?
ii) How do I isolate each of these codes to certain components?
iii) Do I need additional tools such as a power probe or more indepth scanners?
iv) What are some of the highly susceptible causes? What are the less susceptible causes?
v) What do I ask of my diesel mechanic to do? Is there anything that I could resolve on my own?

With good luck other codes might be results.,
The thermostat housing and cam sensor were replaced the previous week at the diesel mechanic I use. I drove 15 mins or 10 km to the furthest grocery store, I park it and shop for about 15 mins and come out; it starts right up and I drive another 10 to 15 mins to the next store. I parked again for about 5 to 10 mins; I came out jumped in and waited for the fuel pump to prime and then attempt to start it.
It cranks, then stalls, then almost tries to start again.
I turn the key a second time, it cranks then misfires and stalls.
Third time it starts. I connect my scanner and it pulled U1132 Lost Communication with Generator.
I drove home and parked, turned of the Jeep and started it again, it started up fine and idled well.
What should I look into?

My mistake I don't mean prime as in I prime the engine, I usually listen for the the fuel pump and watch the needle move. It did that in all the cases.
