2006 E320 CDI turbo boost problem

2006 E320 CDI turbo boost problem

Hi everyone. I have a 2006 MB e320 cdi with the OM648 engine. My car is going into limp mode when I drive at high speeds, accelerate hard. And now it’s constantly doing it. I turn on the A/C and it goes into limp mode.

i get a code for P2632. I’ve been having this issue for a year and just can’t figure it out
i replaced:
MAP/intake temp sensor
turbo actuator
deleted the CAT
Retune it to a stage 2 tune
And I’m still have the same issues.

on the Carly app it used to say P2632-8 pressure to high and now it just says P2632 so I’m assuming it’s the same thing happening

Can anybody help me please

Seems you replaced lot of parts, but not the 1 that triggers the code?
Can you read live data?

Next thing was to replace the boost sensor.
I think I can read live data through Carly. What should I look at?

Both fuel pressures.
If I read the code right, the issue is with priming pump, or its wiring.

I don’t think it’s fuel related. I think that code is just a generic code. Here the code that I scan from my car

i did live data and monitor the boost pressure. The highest that I saw was 2966 hPA which is 43 psi. Is that too much boost pressure? Could my sensor be reading wrong?
