I've bought another Om606 powered W210 and it's been awhile since I was elbows deep in this particular engine and I have questions. Since I'd only like to reassemble this once, I need help identifying a couple of gaskets that came in the VR head gasket kit.
The rubber O-ring in the photo, I'm all but certain seals the metal coolant return at the rear, left side of the block (as you sit in the drivers seat). The aluminum seal however, I cannot find...
Anyone know where it goes? I don't recall removing the aluminum seal during disassembly and I have yet to see a gasket manufacturer tell you what all you're getting.
