Does anyone know where to buy a trailer hitch for a 2009 ML320 Bluetec Diesel? It's a special because of the DEF tank at the rear.

Is it W166 body? I have GLE with this body and factory trailer hitch, so it is definitely doable.
Check with dealer for part number and you can also check aftermarket. Popular hardware seller is etrailer

Dealer does not have a part number for a hitch for it. I did try etrailer, no luck. Uhaul ordered one in but it won't fit because of the DEF tank under there. I found a used one made by Flex-N-Gate but the guy wants a bunch of money and I'm not sure it will fit. I found a couple matching vehicles at dealers and offered them $500 to remove the hitch and sell it to me, but so far no takers.

You did not answer the questions what body is your ML ?
If that is W166, I can take a picture and part number from my hitch.
