Can't you rebuild your old one? I bought rebuild kit for about $40 before Covid times.

Seem like the old turbo shaft play. Seem like the repair kit can't save it. Another option is to rebuild it but not sure what part or cartridge to buy to increase more power. Looking for around 300hp

Why do you want to "upgrade" the turbo?

P.S. Never mind - just saw your post above. The turbo is not your limiting factor even if you want to increase the power - you would need to get an aftermarket tune. Cartridges / core kits are available for under $100.

Rebuild kit solves the shaft play.
Would you have bend fins, that would be other story.

Both fin and shaft are broken, tend to change the whole core, maybe change to bigger size turbine, and recommendation?
