2011 E350 bluetec low idle, vibrations
Hey guys, my 2011 e350 blue tech OM642 is having intermittent issues where the car vibrates really bad at idle. The car has 124k miles on it with all maintenance done at MB dealer. It's hard to pinpoint when exactly the issue occurs but I have noticed its more common when cold. It's hard to say but It seems like it doesn't have the issues when it's been started while already warm. I've taken it to my MB shop and they swear nothing is wrong. No engine codes or misfiring. They suggested I run some liqui moli diesel cleaned through it, I tried that but no difference. The amount of vibrating at idle varies. The vibrating is very bad when the car idles at 550 rpm. When it's working correctly the rpm is about 750. I've checked for a loose charge pipe or anything that would be obvious to let in unmetered air. Does anyone have any pointers to look for?
I will admit I recently purchased the vehicle, issue wasn't present during test drive. I know the history on this engine but I really like the car. This car had all maintenance done on time and the AEM recall performed. Car is now driven almost entirely on long highway trips.

1922 Ford Model T / no OBD
Motor Mounts. Even if they are not the main issue, at this age it is time to get them

No stored codes, I wouldn’t mind replacing the mounts. I was prepared to put some money into the car. I had considered a timing chain replacement or at least have someone check the stretch. I did noticed that when I do a warm start the vibrations start once the engine has reached temp. I know there are different things that could cause this I’m just stumped with the intermittent aspect of it and no engine codes. I do have a set of injectors I pulled off the engine of my last om642. Might have those cleaned and put it.
