Oil leak, rear crankshaft seal

2010 ML350 Bluetec
Oil leak, rear crankshaft seal
Hi all.
My 2010 ML350 Bluetec has a leak at the back of the engine. My tech says it's the rear crankshaft seal. I'm a bit skeptical because I haven't seen much complaints about this seal leaking. Could it be a misdiagnosis? Could it be the oil cooler?
I bought the car used with 180k miles on the engine. I now have around 195k on it. I lose around a quart of oil in a month or month and half. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Just because its not commonly talked about ........
Those engines are known for the oil cooler leak I believe so be sure to find the source of the oil if possible. Its probably not much better of a leak though considering its in the engine valley.
