Year 2008 C220 cdi slow acceleration in 1st 2nd 3rd gear

Year 2008 C220 cdi slow acceleration in 1st 2nd 3rd gear
Hi all , any help greatly appreciated !

my c220 has limited power and acceleration on take off in gears 1,2,3. Slower than normal. However soon as I’m upto say 60mph it flys as normal and feels fine cruising upto 90mph on the motorways.

any help on what it could be would be a big help.
