-2016 Gl350, 90k miles.
Got these 2 codes along with 16 starts count down. Added adblue, it was recently filled anyway so it was odd.
Reached 0.starts then the car wouldn't start for a minute Nad then countdown went to 5. So I took it seriously then😅.
Took a look under the car found adblue dripping so I got the shields off and the adblue line that goes from the tank pump to def injector was broken and all the adblue is getting pumped to the ground and none to the injector. Found heating element withing the line layers so it can't be fixed simply with a fuel line and clamps. Replaced oem part and codes persist, so does the countdown. Drove it for 2 long drives and they won't go away. I have a general purpose generic scanner which does clear other codes, non-bluetec things. I know the def line strangely is excluded from the emissions warranty and that's why I replaced it myself.
Now I'm at 0 starts and it won't start, after a couple of good driving cycles.

The Adblue system was onto a very serious trouble, displaying a countdown and now the system should be reset.
Is like on Airbag system, even if you repair, the system needs to be reset.
Bluetec locks your car up for you even though everything is perfect. That's some Tesla BS.

Tried thinkdiag mini. It's pretty good actually. Got to the root of why and what needs to be done. Scr (bluetec) has 0 faults now since repair was done. This one can't do the adblue reset or testing.
Now, could you give me a known source to download xntry? I downloaded a 200gb image which disint even work for me at all I think it was just fake. I'd really appreciate it.
I couldn't wait to set up the Xntry and deal with and straighten all the issues out. So I researched deeply into available scanners and found one new gem called TOPDON Artidiag EU. It works with all European cars at a dealer diagnostic and actuation level and supposedly coding too. Ai said it wouldn't work, and was wrong as I suspected.
First I got Ancel Bz700 which is made only for MB and claimed adblue faults resetting, didn't work at all.
Topdon EU for around 180 USD does things I didn't even expect.
Fixing SCR/AdBlue No-Start Issues on Mercedes with Topdon ArtiDiag EU
No-start condition, or countdown for other reasons than adblue tank empty
Procedure Using ArtiDiag EU: (This procedure will obviously work with any scanner of similar or superior capabilities)
1. Go to the ECM (CDI module):
Navigate to Special Functions.
Perform all available resets related to SCR, DPF, AdBlue, NOx, in the listed order. This will clear the no-start lockout. The engine should now start, but warning "check adblue, refer to manual" will be there which means count down will start again in a couple of drives.
2. Clear all DTCs
Return to DTC menu and clear all current and pending codes from CDI and other related modules.
3. Go to the SCR Module:
Though this may show no fault codes, navigate to Special Functions in the SCR module.
Perform the single AdBlue reset available here. Note:there are many adblue resets here but will all refer you back to ecu(CDI) except for one, which was necessary in my case.
Result:
Engine starts
No fault codes remain
“Check AdBlue” message disappears
Thank you, Trigital for your help.

I think it's a nice find.
